But if you have never used Paypal before, or don’t have it set up to make payments online, we’re going to set up a quick tutorial to make sure you can enjoy your vacation. Nobody wants to sweat over the petsitter being upset about not getting paid but still being obligated to drive across town to care for your pets while you’re away for three weeks. The fastest method is to Send Money, or click the cell phone image above right. Weewoh sez it’s fast and easy, and you will see both a Paypal and a Pay With Credit option when you get there. Our Snug At Home Paypal account is featured with Paypal Account Optional, so our clients can pay their petsitting fees by credit card on any computer or mobile device without even having a Paypal account.
But if you are in extraordinary circumstances and DO NOT have access to your credit or debit card, that is a little trickier. You will want to make sure to add your credit or debit account to your Paypal account, so that you have access to your money at any time.
Link your bank account to PayPal
In order to get “verified,” lift receiving limits, and make your payments from your PayPal account, you will need to link your bank account. Follow this link to Get Verified.
Enter your bank account information and click Continue:
Then follow the instructions to confirm your bank account information:
Want to add a credit card to your Paypal account?
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Wallet at the top of the page.
- Click Link a payment method and select a credit or debit card.
- Fill in your details and follow the on-screen instructions to add the card.
If, in the process of linking your credit card you run into obstacles like being locked out of your account during the verification process, click Customer Support for instructions on how to complete this process securely.
Once you are set up you will have access to make payments and transfers between accounts at any time. Be sure to order a Paypal Security Key OR secure your cell phone number and/or Security Questions to protect your account with added security and give you access at any time…even if you’re far away.
